Saturday, July 12th

I see: what you see in the photos but also many species of bees pollinating the many flowers
I smell: fresh air
I feel: mosquitoes
I took photos today rather than last evening because it was raining quite steady through the evening. Our garden went therough a lot of growth this week and we started eating from it and naturally it needs a good weeding AGAIN...we also built 13 tomato cages from scarp wood that should help hold the tomatoes up once they start getting heavy with tomatoes...we need more cages but ran out of wood..but stay tuned, I have an idea that I will share in the coming weeks

1/2 onion diced
3 eggs
seasoning to taste
salt and pepper
salt free seasoning
sundried tomato seasoning

Mix all the ingredients into a  bowl
Place into a frying and fry it up with either coconut oil or garlic flavored butter until squash is tender
